Jason grew up with a father that invested in residential and commercial property.

Mostly to add value to, and either rent out or re-sell.

So from a young age he's been around people sourcing, selecting, negotiating, and securing property deals.

Not that he thought much of it as a child...like most,

It was just his Dad, doing what his Dad did...

— But life does have a funny way of circling people back to their roots sometimes —

Jason went on to work in several fields.

Two roles having the most influence on him when he eventually became a buyer's agent...

One was while working in banking..

...where he traded over $1B in bank notes.

MASTERING his NEGOTIATING skills...

And learning how to CONFIDENTLY work with BIG numbers.

The other role was working in an ACQUISITION team for a PROPERTY INVESTMENT firm.

Doing like his dad did.

...But after several people starting asking him personally to source property for them,

and seeing how ecstatic they were with the results,

He realised is was time to do his own thing.

He saw a gap in the market...where most buyer's agents skipped...

Actually doing OFF MARKET PROSPECTING.

Like ACTUALLY doing it...

...Not just calling his agent friends and asking what they have "coming up"...

(NB: sometimes this is the right approach depending on the clients needs)...

But he started, by simply researching properties that fit the clients criteria...

Finding ownership details...

And cold calling them!

Might sound simple....might sound old school.

But sometimes, simple and old school works.
